Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at NoctisOptic. Because our night vision devices and tactical optical gear are high-value, precision-engineered instruments, all sales are final. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for non-quality issues. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

  • "Item not fitting" or personal preference regarding performance/specifications (all technical specs are clearly listed on our product pages; please review them carefully before purchasing).

  • Ordering the wrong model, color, or accessory.

2. EXCEPTIONS FOR QUALITY ISSUES ONLY

We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival due to manufacturing errors or transit issues.

If your night vision device has a genuine quality problem when you receive it, you must report it to us within 7 days of delivery.

3. HOW TO REPORT A DEFECTIVE ITEM 

To report a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team immediately at social@noctisoptic.com.

  2. Provide your Order Number and your registered name.

  3. Required Evidence: You must provide clear, high-resolution photos and/or video footage showing the manufacturing defect or damage, along with photos of the original packaging.

If your request is approved after our technical team reviews the evidence, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Do not send items back to us without our prior written approval.

4. REPLACEMENT & REFUND PROCESSING 

Once your returned defective item is received and undergoes physical inspection by our technicians:

  • If the defect is confirmed, we will ship a brand-new replacement to you at no additional cost.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note: If our technical inspection reveals that the damage was caused by user misuse, drops, improper battery installation, or unauthorized disassembly, the return will be rejected, and no refund or replacement will be provided.

5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 of placing the order. Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
